Boningale29-1918 (640x427)Gardeners don’t stop working in winter; in fact it is just as busy as any other time of the year, if not busier.

Winter is the perfect time to reassess your outdoor space and look carefully at what changes you can make to ensure your garden is ready for springtime.

Does your garden have a good flow? Do you have defined areas to your garden or could it benefit from some additional work? Or do you simply just want a change?

Consider your hardscape too – the benches, tables, gazebos, stepping stones, and pergolas. What effect would it have if you moved them around? You might find a change around enhances the space or gives it an entirely new perspective. Could the hardscape benefit from a good clean or a lick of paint? Is there anything that should be replaced to keep the look of the garden fresh?

By looking critically at your slumbering garden now means you can reinvigorate it in time for spring and with some careful planning, get your garden to be a space you can enjoy every season.
