Andi Way - Garden designer
Andi has more than 25 years' experience in domestic landscaping, and has specialized in garden design for the last 15. He joined Boningale Garden Creations in 2009, having run his own landscaping business for many years.
Andi's wealth of knowledge, natural flair for design and personable approach allow him to build a firm understanding of just what is needed for every project.

Paul Cottell - Contracts Manager
Paul has been working in domestic landscaping for more than 30 years, and has an extensive knowledge of the industry, ensuring every project is run with great efficiency and with the least impact on clients.
Jem Clarke and Paul (Pinch) Pinches - Landscape team.
Between them, Jem and Pinch have been landscape gardening for more than 40 years. Every member of our team prides themselves on providing a quality service, with a friendly, professional manner at all times. The latest member of the team is Mark he has joined us as an apprentice and has already gained many of his qualifications.
